    Ibrox Stadium

The historic home of the Rangers FC, Ibrox Stadium, originally known as Ibrox Park, is a state-of the-art facility with a total capacity of 50,411. In 1902, a stand collapsed, killing 25 people and injuring 300. In 1929, a still-standing record was set for attendance at a football game, when 118,567 gathered together to watch a league game against arch-rivals the Celtics.

    Braehead Shopping and Leisure Centre

The Braehead Shopping and Leisure Centre has been open since 1999, and was the largest waterside regeneration project in the country, costing several million pounds. The huge facility includes 6,500 free parking stalls that are monitored around the clock, a variety of shops, a Maritime Heritage Centre, an arena and a curling rink. Future plans include an indoor ski slope, a cinema and a bowling alley. The arena and the rink have recently played host to Glasgow's popular Coloursfest.

    Celtic Park

Celtic Park is the second-largest stadium in the United Kingdom, seating a total capacity of 60,832. Fondly nicknamed Paradise, traditionally, die-hard Celtic fans sit in the Jock Stein Stand, which has a capacity of 13,006 and is situated at the west end of the stadium. Fans of the rival Rangers take up residence directly across during matches between the two Glasgow teams. The building has undergone consistant renovations, but the team has played on these grounds since 1892.
